For the Lifestyle Village Perle di Faenza, a revolutionary new architectural concept was developed, with an impressive, conveniently open style, attentive to the characteristics of the site, with an elegant “organic” design that imitates the sequence of plains and embankments, typical of the area, providing a protected setting for the spaces used by the A14 motorway, without interfering with the visibility for over 1 kilometer, around the Faenza exit.
The areas within the Lifestyle Village Le Perle reveal careful attention to the details, and are decorated with ceramic elements, flower beds, ponds and fountains, arranged harmoniously in an environmentally friendly architectural setting.

The structures ensure a minimum energy impact, based on an orientation favorable to thermal accumulation, the use of biocompatible materials and recovery of the rainwater. The maximum use of natural lighting is ensured by the large plate glass windows with functional transparency.
