A14 Bologna – Taranto motorway, this is the main link between the Lifestyle Village Perle di Faenza and its vast potential clientele, along a section that has peaks of average daily traffic in excess of 80,000 vehicles, three-quarter of which are private cars. These numbers are growing at an annual rate of over 3% and, already Bologna alone reaches 40 million vehicles annually across its territory.
The three main airports of the Emilia Romagna region are all located in the area, with national, international and low-cost airlines flying into and out of them.

In particular, the airport of Bologna – Borgo Panigale, the largest in the region, is just 58 km away and has one of the highest passenger rates of Italy, with over 4 million passengers annually, half from other countries. It is followed by the Forlì – Ridolfi airport, 33 km away, with 700,000 passengers a year and flights to and from Russia and Eastern Europe, and the Rimini – Miramare / San Marino airport, the third airport in the Region, 70 km from Faenza with over 400,000 passengers annually.
